and bug fixes.
Well. I've change a lot of code and tried to restructure OWL. There is no more
Classlib, winsys, ....
OWL support UNICODE, support STL, and OWL now is self-contained.
Since Version 6.0 is not just bug fixes, I felt that calling it OWL Version 5.5 or OWL
Version 5.05 is not correct.
