TApplication has functions for loading the Borland Custom Controls Library (BWCC.DLL for 16-bit applications and BWCC32.DLL for 32-bit applications) and the Microsoft 3-D Controls Library (contained in the file CTL3DV2.DLL for 16-bit applications and in CTL3D32.DLL for 32-bit applications).

These DLLs are widely used to provide a standard look-and-feel for many applications.
