Step 1: Including OWL header files

An OCX container must include the following OWL header files:

#include <ocf/oledoc.h>   // replaces DOCVIEW.H
#include <ocf/oleview.h>   // replaces DOCVIEW.H
#include <ocf/olemdifr.h>  // replaces MDI.H

An SDI application includes oleframe.h instead of olemdifr.h.
