Executing a dialog box

Executing a dialog box is analogous to creating and displaying a window.

However, because dialog boxes are usually displayed for a shorter period of time, some of the steps can be abbreviated. This depends on whether you are using

• Modal dialog boxes
• Modeless dialog box

A way to save time is to use autocreation with dialog boxes to do the work of explicitly creating your child dialog objects. Once created and displayed, you will also need to know how to
