Setting the System Colors with TButtonGadget

TButtonGadget implements the SysColorChange function to allow the gadget's bitmaps to track the system colors.

It rebuilds the gadget using the system colors. If the system colors have changed, these changes are reflected in the new button gadget. The gadget is not set up to automatically track the system colors; that is, SysColorChange is not necessarily called in response to a WM_SYSCOLORCHANGE event.
